Shift Number One: Full Commitment:  If you’ve set goals but not hit them in the past, examine your relationship to commitment. The secret to hitting your goals requires you to be all-in.

Shift Number Two:  Belief. You have to believe in yourself enough to take action.  You might not know how, in fact if your goals are big enough, you likely won’t know how because you’ve never done it before. But, on some level you have to believe that you can do it.

“A former version of myself barely even knew what rest was. I was always on, always creating, pushing, and driving for results.
 
The only time I rested was after crashing and burning from working myself too hard. And that wasn’t really rest since my body was then working to recuperate.
 
When I allowed myself to lean into the divine feminine wisdom of following a rhythm in my life I was finally introduced to deep rest and all of the luxury that came with it.
 
By creating the space for frequent and deep rest I can fully enjoy all of the things that I’m creating.
 
As I write this post it’s just after 9:45am on a Tuesday, and I’m still snuggled up in bed with my pups. When I get up I’m going to take a leisurely bath and eat brunch.
 
I’m just back from laying on the beach for 4 days.
 
I didn’t work hard to earn this rest. I give it to myself often because I am worthy. And then, once my cup has been replenished and is overflowing I create from that place.
