As I’m writing this we’ve just entered the energy of Autumn Equinox here in the US.  This is a season that invites a different pacing and an opportunity to seek harmony or a new sense of balance as we leave the busy days of summer behind.


Seeking rest during this season change is a powerful way to manifest abundance.  We can embrace a sense of lean back energy, deepening into full trust as we sense the need to take our hands off the wheel for a time.


We often think of rest as purely physical.  More sleep, less time on the go.  But there are actually different types of rest that are required at different times in order to live + manifest your most amazing life.
